A short while ago, I was contacted by Troika to help with work on their Pacific 12 collegiate sports package. The thrust of the ask was to present some new concepts and develop some still and then motion styleframes with the eventual shortlist of chosen concepts.. The following stills and clips are the result of these explorations. 

For the one concept, we were utilizing a more stripped down modular and minimal approach to the often over the top and often times bombastic sports branding. These were a earnest attempt to develop a branding package that was less vs more, while maintaining the  bright colours, modularity and strong design direction that is required for such a high energy application of graphics. This direction ultimately wasn’t chosen but the resultant experimentations and motion frame development produced some excellent frames and dynamic clips

In addition to developing the animation exploration for the look and feel of these slides, I was asked to develop other visual directions via styleframes to be presented alongside these other directions. These frames constitute roughly a day or two’s worth of development, hence their rough appearance.
